rates are quoted on room only basis unless specified.
All rates are
quoted in US Dollars and can be paid in cash using US Dollars or the Thai
Baht equivalent. However, whenever payment is made by credit card the Thai
Baht equivalent will be charged at the prevailing exchange rate.
All
rates are subject to service charge, V.A.T. and any introduction of new
government taxes or charges.
Cancellations can be made 24 hours in advance and every cancellation will be given a cancellation code. Not fulfilling a confirmed booking or canceling less than 24 hours before arrival will result in a "no show" charge of one night being charged to the credit card used to guarantee the booking.
We pay 10% commission to all accredited travel agencies. Full agency
name, address and IATA number should be included when making a
reservation.
